We only accept returns on damaged or defective orders. Please contact [email protected] and our customer service team will assist you.

If you have negotiated a return or exchange service with customer service, please note the following information:

To ensure you receive a full refund and the return process goes smoothly, please remember:
Returned products must be in new and unused condition and in their original packaging.
Retain all labels attached to unused products.
Prevent cosmetics, deodorants, perfumes and fumes from coming into contact with the product.
We reserve the right to refuse to return non-conforming products.
Outbound shipping charges on original orders are non-refundable.TailYan
does not offer prepaid return labels and you will be responsible for the shipping cost of the return.
Caution:
1) Returned products must be in their original condition with all tags attached. We do not accept used products.
Please include the original order packing slip with your return package. We reserve the right to refuse returns that show signs of wear or do not meet the above criteria.2
) When we notify you of the return address, please ship the product back to us, please do not return it to the original address.
We do not accept offline returns. Also, please do not go directly to the warehouse.
3) To return a product, please email our customer service team at [email protected] with your order number and reason for return.
Our customer service team will reply with a solution and return instructions within 36 hours.

1. Apply for return:
If you need to return an item, please contact our customer service team first.

2.Returned Goods:
If your return is accepted, you will receive an email notification. Your refund will then be processed and applied to the original payment method. Please note that refunds may take up to 10-15 business days to reach your bank account due to varying processing times at financial institutions.

3. Return address:
After submitting your request, Customer Service will provide a return address via email. Please do not send your return to the address on the package. That is not our return address and will affect the processing of your return.

4.Payment for Returned Goods
If the return is not due to quality issues or our fault, the shipping cost is your responsibility.

5.Size Issues
We suggest you check the size chart to find your size before placing an order.

6. Shipping
Shipping costs for original orders are non-refundable.
